Shift Planner & Overtime Pay
Log the shift, check the overtime, and read your own payslip.
com.ibrahimtxy.vardiyamesai · Productivity
When a payslip does not look right, your own record of the hours is what you can compare it with. The shift calendar keeps your whole work schedule on one screen, and a shift is logged on the day it happened: date, start, end and break.
Overtime and premium rules differ by country, sector and contract and they change; the rates used here are the ones YOU enter. Treat a difference from your payslip as a question for your employer or union, not as proof of an error.
What it does
- The PDF timesheet shows how every figure was reached: each shift with its multiplier, the rule you entered and where you read it
- Your overtime rule: daily, weekly and monthly thresholds, a second tier, night, rest-day and holiday multipliers, rounding and fixed pay per shift
- Log a shift by typing it, with a one-tap shift type or with Clock in / Clock out; edit any saved shift; 24-hour shifts
- A month calendar of shifts, planned rota days and leave; day notes with icons, to-dos, photos and drawings
- Paint days with a shift type, a leave type or the eraser, or select days to copy, cut, paste, repeat, fill or delete them; one-step undo, and a shift that would overlap is skipped and counted
- In English or Turkish: menus, reports, the PDF timesheet and reminders follow the language you pick; what you typed stays as you typed it
- Rota patterns years ahead: Pitman, Continental, DuPont, Panama, 24/48, 24/72, 2-2-2 or your own; a planned shift is paid only once you log it
- Reports for a day, week, pay period, month, year or your dates: hours by label, project and client, bonuses, tips, charts and a payslip check
- Several employers, each with its own rate, pay period, rule, rota and PDF; leave balances and an earnings budget
- Widgets for today (with Clock in), the week, two weeks and the month, and a lock-screen widget where your phone supports it; never your pay
- Export CSV, Excel, a printable calendar or .ics; import shifts from .ics or CSV; adding shifts is always free
How you set it up
You add your first record — for example “Night shift · 22:00-06:00 · +50%” — and the app does the arithmetic: running totals, the period summary and the report you can hand over. Nothing is fetched from the internet, so it works with no signal.
Who it is for
Shift workers, nurses, drivers and hourly staff who want their own record.

What it does not do
- It gives no professional advice and makes no decision for you — it shows you your own numbers.
- It asks for no account. No sign-up, no password.
- The developer collects no personal data and adds no analytics or crash reporting. In the free version the Google Mobile Ads SDK collects IP address, app interactions, diagnostics and device IDs (see Data safety).
- The free tier shows Google AdMob ads: a bottom banner, rewarded ads you start yourself and an “Ad”-labelled card inside the list; no full-screen ads between pages or on launch. Paid members see no ads and no ad request is made.
Version history
0.9.0 (2026-10-28)
- Simpler ads: no full-screen ads between pages or when the app opens; only the bottom banner, the “Ad”-labelled card and rewarded ads you start yourself remain.
- If a rewarded ad can't load, the reward is given without an ad once every 7 days; after that the screen says so plainly.

Permissions
| Permission | Why |
|---|---|
ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE | So the ad library can see the connection state. Your entries do not use the network. |
INTERNET | For ads ONLY. Your entries never leave the device and the app has no server of its own. |
POST_NOTIFICATIONS | To remind you about the dates and reminders you set yourself. |
READ_BASIC_PHONE_STATE | So the ads library can tell Wi-Fi from mobile data. It grants no access to your phone number, IMEI or call log; the app does not declare it, the ads library adds it. |
RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED | So your reminders keep working after the phone restarts. |
VIBRATE | To vibrate when a notification arrives. |
WAKE_LOCK | So the phone does not fall asleep in the middle of a check. The app does not ask for this itself; the background work library (Android Jetpack WorkManager) adds it. |
BILLING | So you can buy a paid membership through Google Play. The app does not declare this permission itself; the Google Play Billing library adds it. Your payment details (card, address, invoice) never reach the app and are never seen or stored by it — Google Play takes the payment. All the app learns is whether your membership is active. |
AD_ID | Ads in the free tier are served by Google AdMob, which may read the device advertising ID (AAID). The app does not declare this permission itself; the ads library adds it. Paid members make no ad request at all. You can reset or delete the ID in Settings › Google › Ads. |
