Insurance Renewal Reminder
Your policies and what you own, ready before you need to claim.
com.ibrahimtxy.sigortakasa · Finance
When you claim, the insurer asks for the policy and proof of what you owned and its worth. This app keeps that record on your phone.
The app does NOT file, sell or renew any policy and is not connected to an insurer. Renewal reminders come from the dates you type in. What a policy actually covers is decided by the policy document, not by this app.
What it does
- Shows the gap between your belongings' total value and your home or contents cover limit
- All policies in one list with the insurer's phone, email and hours — tap to call; any currency, never converted
- Reminders before a policy or warranty ends, a weekly 90-day summary, and reminders to share by message or email
- Record a renewal and see a premium that quietly went up
- Items with brand, model, serial, category, box, your own fields and service records
- Find items by name, model or serial, a barcode, a QR label or a photo of the label; group by room, category or box
- Print QR labels for items and moving boxes
- Photos, videos and 360° images sealed with time and SHA-256
- Fill a policy from a photo of its schedule; an item's date and value from its receipt
- Move-in and move-out condition reports for landlords and tenants
- Accident and disaster checklists with your insurers' numbers
- A dated PDF report, never locked; Excel export and .xlsx/.csv import
- App lock with your screen lock; a lock screen hiding private content shows no insurer
How you set it up
Start with one policy — the insurer's name is enough — or one item and its value. Reminders arrive at the hour you choose.
Who it is for
Homeowners, tenants and landlords who want policies and a home inventory on record before a claim.
What it does not do
- It gives no professional advice and makes no decision for you — it shows you your own numbers.
- It asks for no account. No sign-up, no password.
- The developer collects no personal data: no analytics, no crash reporting, no server. The email address and phone number you type leave the phone only inside a PDF you choose to share. Google's ad SDK collects IP, interactions, diagnostics and device IDs.
- The free tier shows Google AdMob ads: a bottom banner, rewarded ads you start yourself and an “Ad”-labelled card inside the list; no full-screen ads between pages or on launch. Paid members see no ads and no ad request is made.
Version history
0.7.0 (2026-10-28)
- Simpler ads: no full-screen ads between pages or when the app opens; only the bottom banner, the “Ad”-labelled card and rewarded ads you start yourself remain.
- If a rewarded ad can't load, the reward is given without an ad once every 7 days; after that the screen says so plainly.
0.6.0 (2026-10-25)
- New: the insurer's phone, email and hours (tap to call), renewal records that show a premium rise, a weekly 90-day summary, reminders to share, accident and disaster checklists.
- Items: brand, model, category, box, your own fields, service records, search and grouping, QR labels, receipt reading, videos and 360° images, condition reports, Excel/CSV import, any currency.
0.5.0 (2026-10-09)
- Report › sealed evidence appendix: the lock note now says where the rewarded ad is offered — at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap a locked feature's note for an optional rewarded ad that unlocks it; skip it and the lock stays.
0.4.0 (2026-09-27)
- New: every policy type (car, motorbike, van, bicycle, pet…) in one list, with yearly premiums per type.
- New: warranty end dates for items, with a one-time reminder before they run out.
- New: fill in a policy from a photo of its schedule (read on the phone), scan a serial-number barcode, export to Excel (.xlsx).
- New: lock the app with your phone's screen lock.
- Confirmations show above the ad strip; ad cards no longer shift the screen and no full-screen ad loads when memory is low.
Permissions
| Permission | Why |
|---|---|
ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE | So the ad library can see the connection state. Your entries do not use the network. |
INTERNET | For ads ONLY. Your entries never leave the device and the app has no server of its own. |
POST_NOTIFICATIONS | To remind you about the dates and reminders you set yourself. |
READ_BASIC_PHONE_STATE | So the ads library can tell Wi-Fi from mobile data. It grants no access to your phone number, IMEI or call log; the app does not declare it, the ads library adds it. |
RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED | So your reminders keep working after the phone restarts. |
VIBRATE | To vibrate when a notification arrives. |
WAKE_LOCK | So the phone does not fall asleep in the middle of a check. The app does not ask for this itself; the background work library (Android Jetpack WorkManager) adds it. |
BILLING | So you can buy a paid membership through Google Play. The app does not declare this permission itself; the Google Play Billing library adds it. Your payment details (card, address, invoice) never reach the app and are never seen or stored by it — Google Play takes the payment. All the app learns is whether your membership is active. |
AD_ID | Ads in the free tier are served by Google AdMob, which may read the device advertising ID (AAID). The app does not declare this permission itself; the ads library adds it. Paid members make no ad request at all. You can reset or delete the ID in Settings › Google › Ads. |

This app reads NO outside data: every figure it shows is calculated from the records you enter. Your records are stored on your phone and the app does not send them to any server.
