Trade Quote — Estimate & PDF
Materials and labour priced on site — a quote sent before you leave the job.
com.ibrahimtxy.ustateklif · House & Home
The quote you promise to send in the evening is often the quote you send days later. This app lets you build it on site: materials and labour go in, job photos stay with the job, and a PDF quote comes out that you can send before you leave.
Quotes and invoices made here are YOURS, from the prices, hours and tax rates you enter; a quote is not a contract. The app prices nothing, takes no payment and reports nothing to tax authorities.
What it does
- A ready-made quote template on site: photos and videos, materials and labour, your own cost and profit per job; the total updates as you type
- Discounts, two extra or compound taxes, tax-free lines, payment terms and your bank details printed on the PDF
- Your logo, signature, registration number and title (Quote, Estimate, Proposal); four page designs, six colours, five date formats
- Preview the exact PDF, then send it with attachments, as JPG pages or to a printer; an optional Bcc copy to your own email
- Saved customers or one picked from your contacts, kits of lines, copy an old quote, and notes or dictation turned into priced lines
- Revised quotes keep one reference; the customer signs on your screen (an approval record, not a certified e-signature)
- A visit calendar in the app; add visits to your phone calendar; reminders for unanswered quotes and overdue payments
- Turn an approved quote into a numbered invoice in one tap, or invoice a job without a quote; void a wrong invoice and its number is never reused
- Recurring invoices, weekly or monthly, issued on their date for you to send; see who owes what and what is overdue; payments settle the oldest invoice first
- Time your work with a timer or add hours later; a weekly timesheet as CSV, and unbilled time becomes a labour line
- Record payments you received with a receipt each (not a tax invoice), reports, search, CSV and a full backup with photos
How you set it up
You add your first record — for example “Bathroom rewire · 4 items · 2 days” — and the app does the arithmetic: running totals, the period summary and the report you can hand over. Nothing is fetched from the internet, so it works with no signal.
Who it is for
Sole traders and small crews: electricians, plumbers, painters, fitters.
What it does not do
- It gives no professional advice and makes no decision for you — it shows you your own numbers.
- It asks for no account. No sign-up, no password.
- The developer collects no personal data: no analytics, no crash reporting, no server. The email address and phone number you type leave the phone only inside a PDF you choose to share. Google's ad SDK collects IP, interactions, diagnostics and device IDs.
- The free tier shows Google AdMob ads: a bottom banner, rewarded ads you start yourself and an “Ad”-labelled card inside the list; no full-screen ads between pages or on launch. Paid members see no ads and no ad request is made.

- Tap a locked feature's note for an optional rewarded ad that unlocks it; skip it and the lock stays.
0.4.0 (2026-09-27)
- New: a changed quote goes out as the next revision under the same reference; the PDF lists earlier ones.
- New: the customer signs the quote on your screen; the signature is printed on the PDF.
- New: a visit date and time per job, and a calendar of upcoming work and expiring quotes.
- New: share or save your jobs as a CSV spreadsheet (private notes never included).
- Confirmations show above the ad strip; ad cards no longer shift the screen; no full-screen ad when memory is low.
Permissions
| Permission | Why |
|---|---|
ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE | So the ad library can see the connection state. Your entries do not use the network. |
INTERNET | For ads ONLY. Your entries never leave the device and the app has no server of its own. |
POST_NOTIFICATIONS | To remind you about the dates and reminders you set yourself. |
READ_BASIC_PHONE_STATE | So the ads library can tell Wi-Fi from mobile data. It grants no access to your phone number, IMEI or call log; the app does not declare it, the ads library adds it. |
RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED | So your reminders keep working after the phone restarts. |
VIBRATE | To vibrate when a notification arrives. |
WAKE_LOCK | So the phone does not fall asleep in the middle of a check. The app does not ask for this itself; the background work library (Android Jetpack WorkManager) adds it. |
BILLING | So you can buy a paid membership through Google Play. The app does not declare this permission itself; the Google Play Billing library adds it. Your payment details (card, address, invoice) never reach the app and are never seen or stored by it — Google Play takes the payment. All the app learns is whether your membership is active. |
AD_ID | Ads in the free tier are served by Google AdMob, which may read the device advertising ID (AAID). The app does not declare this permission itself; the ads library adds it. Paid members make no ad request at all. You can reset or delete the ID in Settings › Google › Ads. |

This app reads NO outside data: every figure it shows is calculated from the records you enter. Your records are stored on your phone and the app does not send them to any server.
