1. What the app does

Vocabulary Spaced Repetition keeps the records you enter and works them out for you. An example entry: 42 words due today.

The app reads nothing from the internet: it contacts no source, looks nothing up and has no account to sign in to. Every figure it shows is computed on this phone from what you typed.

2. Data we collect

The developer collects none. We run no server and receive nothing from your device — not your records, not your device identifier, not your usage, not crash reports.

There are two exceptions, and the developer processes neither: in the free tier Google serves the ads and may use your device's advertising ID (AAID) and IP address (§5), and Google ML Kit sends Google its own diagnostic data with an identifier for this installation (§4).

3. What is stored on your device

The records you enter, the settings you choose and the reminders you set, with the time each reminder last went off so that it is not sent twice. All of it lives in the app's private storage and is deleted when you uninstall the app.

4. Servers the app talks to

For its own work, none. The app contacts no source server: there is nothing to fetch. Apart from the advertising and purchase traffic described in §5 and §6 (the free tier is the only tier that makes the first of those), the only other traffic comes from Google ML Kit, the Google library that reads the word list in a photo you pick and suggests a translation when you ask; that work itself is done on this phone.

According to Google, ML Kit collects device and app information (such as the phone model, the Android version and the app version), an identifier for this installation that Google says is not intended to identify a user or a device, performance metrics, settings, input and output sizes, event types and error codes, and sends them to Google over HTTPS for diagnostics and usage analytics; Google does not share them with third parties. That list does not include your pictures, your text or your records. Translation also downloads each language model from Google once, and ML Kit asks Google's Firebase service for its configuration. Google describes it at https://developers.google.com/ml-kit/android-data-disclosure. The Google Play Data safety section lists that identifier as collected for analytics.

5. Advertising

This section applies to version 0.1.0 and later. Earlier versions show no ads, contain no advertising library and read no advertising ID.

The free tier shows ads. They are served by Google AdMob; the developer does not choose what is shown and has no direct relationship with advertisers. The formats used are:

• Banner — at the bottom of the screen; it never covers your content.
• Rewarded — only when you tap the offer yourself; it relaxes free-tier limits for 24 hours.
• Native — a card inside the app's own screens, always marked with an “Ad” label.

Interstitial, rewarded interstitial and app open ads are no longer used; versions of the app released before 28 October 2026 also showed these formats.

• Paid members see no ads and no ad request is made — nothing leaves the device for AdMob, and no consent form is shown.
• To select, serve and measure ads, Google may use your device's advertising ID (AAID) and IP address. The developer never reads or stores that identifier; Google is the party that processes it.
• You can reset or delete the advertising ID in Settings › Google › Ads. The app keeps working if you do.
• In the European Economic Area, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, Google's certified consent form is shown before the first ad loads. You can change your choice later from the Privacy options link inside the app.
• How Google processes this data: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites

The developer adds no analytics (Firebase Analytics and the like), no crash reporting (Crashlytics and the like) and no marketing tracker. How you use the app is never reported to the developer. The diagnostic and usage data Google ML Kit sends (§4) goes to Google, not to the developer.

If you buy a paid membership, the payment is handled by Google Play. Your card details are never entered into the app and are never seen by the developer.

Monthly and yearly memberships renew automatically; Google Play charges your account at the start of each period. The lifetime membership is a one-off purchase and does not renew. You can cancel a subscription at any time in Google Play Store › Menu › Subscriptions; cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds are also handled by Google Play — the developer has no access to the payment.

The app has no server of its own. Whether your membership is active is read again every time the app asks Google Play (when you open the app and when you view the membership screen). That is why a cancellation or refund closes the membership the next time you open the app. If you changed device, Restore purchases on the membership screen brings back a purchase made with the same Google account.

8. Children

The app is not directed to children. The developer collects no data from anyone; the advertising data described in §5 is processed by Google.

9. Keeping and deleting your data

Everything the app stores stays on your device; there is no account and no server copy. Clearing the app’s storage, or uninstalling the app, deletes everything it has ever kept — nothing survives elsewhere, so there is no separate deletion request to make. A paid membership is held by Google Play, not by the app: it survives reinstalling and can be brought back with Restore purchases.

12. This app in detail

The sections above apply to every app by this developer. What follows is written for this app only and describes exactly what it records, what it never records and what it will not claim.

SUMMARY
The developer receives none of your personal data. Everything you enter —
the two sides of every word, pronunciations, your own example sentences, your
list names, the pictures and sounds you attach, your streak and points and your
review history — is stored ONLY on your device. There is no account and no
sign-in, and no network connection is made in order to build a review list.
Reading the words in a photo and suggesting a translation both run ON THE PHONE
with Google ML Kit; the only download is Google's offline translation model,
and only when you ask for it (see WORD LISTS FROM A PHOTO and TRANSLATION
SUGGESTION).

THE APP SHIPS WITH NO CONTENT AT ALL
There is no word pack, no course, no dictionary and no recorded audio inside
this package, and there never will be (all out of scope for this version).
Reading aloud uses your phone's own text-to-speech voice (see READING ALOUD).
Every word comes from you: typed, imported from your own file or photo, or
shared from another app. This is the whole point of the product: because the app
carries no content, it also has no content licence to renew and no content cost
to pass on to you. It also means the app cannot check whether your translations
are right — it has nothing to check them against. A translation suggestion is a
machine suggestion made on the phone and can be wrong; it is written onto a card
only when you tap "Use it as the back".

WHAT IS STORED
The app keeps the words, lists, example sentences and review history you enter
in this app's own private storage on this device. A picture you attach to a
card is kept there too, as a smaller copy of the one picture you picked; the
original in your gallery is never changed. Pictures are NOT in the JSON backup
(a backup is a text file): a restored card whose picture is not on this phone
says so. Removing a picture or deleting the word deletes the copy. A sound you
attach to a card (a sound file you pick, or a recording made by your phone's own
recorder app) and a font file you choose for the cards are kept the same way: a
copy in this app's private storage, NOT in the JSON backup, deleted when you
remove it. Your streak, points, daily goal and the per-day review counts of the
last 120 days are stored with your words. That data is excluded from
automatic backup (allowBackup=false); a backup is only written when you ask for
one, into a file you choose yourself. NOTHING YOU ENTER LEAVES THIS PHONE unless
you share it yourself (see SHARING A LIST).
The manual JSON backup contains every word, every list, your streak and points
and YOUR WHOLE REVIEW HISTORY, including the words you retired. Retiring a word
does not delete it, so it stays in the backup too.

TAKING YOUR WORDS WITH YOU
Backing up and restoring are FREE ON EVERY PLAN and always will be — being able
to rescue your own writing must never depend on a payment. The separate CSV
export, which turns your words into a spreadsheet file for use in another tool,
is part of the paid membership. A CSV carries no review history and cannot be
restored from (importing it adds the words as new ones); it is a different
feature, not a paywalled backup. IMPORTING words from a CSV/TSV file, an Anki
"Notes in Plain Text" export, a photo or pasted text is open on every plan: the
file is read on the phone and the words are ADDED to your deck; nothing is
replaced.

SHARING A LIST
"Share list" writes that one list as a CSV file in the app's private storage and
hands it to the app YOU choose in your phone's share menu, with permission to
read that single file only. The app sends nothing itself; the receiving app's
own privacy policy applies. Like the CSV export it is part of the paid
membership (or unlocked for 24 hours with a rewarded ad).

ADDING WORDS FROM OTHER APPS
You can share text to this app, or choose "Add to flashcards" on selected text.
The text (at most 500 characters) opens as a draft on the Add word screen;
NOTHING IS SAVED until you check both sides and tap Save. Other apps cannot write
to your deck this way.

INTERNET AND PERMISSIONS
The internet permissions (android.permission.INTERNET,
android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE) are used for advertising, for
downloading Google's offline translation model when you ask for it, and by the
Google ML Kit libraries in the package, which send diagnostic and usage data to
Google (§4).
POST_NOTIFICATIONS, VIBRATE, RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED and WAKE_LOCK are used for
the daily reminder and the background job that delivers it. The advertising and
measurement libraries add com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID and
android.permission.READ_BASIC_PHONE_STATE to the package. Purchases use
com.android.vending.BILLING.

NO CAMERA, NO MICROPHONE, NO LOCATION, NO CONTACTS, NO CALENDAR
android.permission.CAMERA, android.permission.RECORD_AUDIO,
READ_MEDIA_IMAGES / READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE and every location permission are NOT
IN THIS PACKAGE. The app takes no photos, never uses the microphone and locates
nothing. A picture for a card, or the photo of a word list, comes from the system
photo picker, which hands the app only the one picture you choose; a sound file
or a font file comes from the system file picker the same way — no storage
permission is involved. "Record with the phone's recorder" opens your phone's
own recorder app (android.provider.MediaStore.RECORD_SOUND); THAT app uses the
microphone and gives the recording back as a file, so this package does not
need RECORD_AUDIO. The package declares that it looks for such a recorder app;
this is not a permission.

READING ALOUD
Read aloud uses your phone's own text-to-speech engine (software installed on
the phone, for example Google's speech services, chosen in the phone's
settings). The app passes it only the word, or the example sentence, of the
card you tap, in the language you picked, and it only offers voices that the
engine reports as working WITHOUT an internet connection; a voice that needs a
network is never offered or used. Your translation (the other side) is read
aloud only in hands-free mode, and only if you choose its language in Settings.
The reading speed you pick is applied to the voice and to a sound you attached.
Hands-free listening plays today's cards one by one; it does not mark a review.
If there is no engine or no offline voice, the button is hidden
and the app says why. To find the engine, the package declares that it looks
for text-to-speech services (android.intent.action.TTS_SERVICE); this is not a
permission. In particular there is no location
permission, because that would put "which language this person is learning"
and "where this person lives" in the same place for no benefit at all.

NOTIFICATION PERMISSION
The notification permission is requested only when you turn the daily reminder
switch on in Settings, NEVER AT STARTUP. The reminder is sent at most once a
day and only when you actually have words due. Its title shows HOW MANY words
are due and never a word itself. If your phone is set to hide sensitive
notification content on the lock screen, the lock screen shows only "Review
reminder"; if it is not, the title with the number is visible there too.

HOME SCREEN WIDGET
If you add the widget, it shows today's review count, your streak, points and
daily goal on your home screen — numbers only, never a word. Anyone who sees your
home screen can see those numbers. The widget reads the app's own storage on the
phone and sends nothing.

WORD LISTS FROM A PHOTO
"From a photo" reads the words in a picture you pick with Google ML Kit text
recognition, ON THE PHONE (the recognition model ships inside the app). The
photo is not stored or sent; only the word pairs you keep in the preview are
saved.

TRANSLATION SUGGESTION
"Suggest a translation" translates the front of a card with Google ML Kit
translation, ON THE PHONE: your text is not sent anywhere. The first time, the
phone needs Google's offline translation model for that language (about 30 MB
per language, downloaded once from Google); the app asks before downloading and,
by default, downloads only over Wi-Fi.

ADVERTISING (Google AdMob)
The free version shows Google AdMob ads. Three ad formats are
used: banner, rewarded and native. You are never required to
watch a rewarded ad; if you choose to, two more lists and the full
statistics are unlocked for 24 hours. There are no full-screen ads
between screens or when the app opens. AdMob may process identifiers
such as the advertising ID in order to serve ads. Users in the European Economic
Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are shown a consent screen through
Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP), and you can change that choice later
under Settings > Privacy. Google's own privacy policy applies to AdMob's data
handling: https://policies.google.com/privacy

PAID MEMBERSHIP
You can buy an ad-free membership through Google Play Billing. FOR A PAID
MEMBER NO AD IS SHOWN AND NO AD REQUEST IS EVEN SENT — that decision is taken
before consent is asked, so a paying user is not shown a consent form either.
Google Play carries out the purchase; the app never sees or stores your payment
details. Restoring a purchase is under Settings > Membership.

SPACED REPETITION ITSELF IS NOT BEHIND A PAYWALL
Adding words, doing the daily review, retiring the words you know and changing
the intervals are OPEN ON EVERY PLAN, and so are backup and restore. Two things
are paid: the number of lists that take part in the review cycle (3 on the free
plan) and the CSV export. THE LIMIT DELETES NOTHING: lists outside the plan
window stay exactly where they are and your backup always holds all of them.

WHERE THE INTERVALS COME FROM
The ladder that ships with the app (first two reviews after 1 and 6 days, then
the previous interval times an ease factor) is the published ladder of the
SuperMemo SM-2 method (Wozniak & Gorzelanczyk, 1994 —
https://super-memory.com/english/ol/sm2.htm), and that credit is VISIBLE on the
Settings screen. The four-button grading and the ease steps are a common
adaptation of that design, they are not SM-2's own numbers. If you change any
of the numbers, the credit becomes "entered by you". These intervals are NOT
CLAIMED to be the best intervals for everyone.

MEASUREMENT
The app counts five product events on this device only: Words added, Reviews
marked, Words retired, Stats opened, Reminders delivered. Only you can see
those five counters (Settings > Usage) and they are sent nowhere. The streak
and points are counted the same way, on the phone. THE DEVELOPER ADDS NO
ANALYTICS LIBRARY; the Google ML Kit libraries used for text recognition and
translation send their own diagnostic and usage data to Google, as described in
§4.

DISCLAIMER
This is a study tool. IT DOES NOT TEACH A LANGUAGE, it does not verify your
translations and it promises no result. There is no level and no "vocabulary
size", because the app only ever sees the words you entered yourself; the streak
and points count your own activity, not what you know.

CHILDREN
The app is not directed at children.

ANA EKRAN WIDGET'I
Widget'ı eklerseniz ana ekranınızda bugünkü tekrar sayısını, serinizi, puanınızı
ve günlük hedefinizi gösterir — yalnızca sayı, hiçbir zaman kelime. Ana

FOTOĞRAFTAN KELİME LİSTESİ
"Fotoğraftan", seçtiğiniz bir görseldeki kelimeleri Google ML Kit metin tanıma
ile TELEFONDA okur (tanıma modeli uygulamanın içinde gelir). Fotoğraf saklanmaz
ve gönderilmez; yalnızca önizlemede bıraktığınız kelime çiftleri kaydedilir.

ÇEVİRİ ÖNERİSİ
"Çeviri öner", kartın ön yüzünü Google ML Kit çevirisi ile TELEFONDA çevirir:
metniniz hiçbir yere gönderilmez. İlk seferde telefonun o dil için Google'ın
çevrimdışı çeviri modeline ihtiyacı vardır (dil başına yaklaşık 30 MB,
Google'dan bir kez iner); uygulama indirmeden önce sorar ve varsayılan olarak
yalnızca Wi-Fi üzerinden indirir.

REKLAM (Google AdMob)
Ücretsiz sürümde Google AdMob reklamları gösterilir. Üç reklam biçimi
kullanılır: alt bant (banner), ödüllü (rewarded) ve yerel (native).
Ödüllü reklamı izlemek zorunda değilsiniz; izlerseniz 24 saat boyunca
iki liste daha ve tüm istatistik açılır. Ekranlar arasında ve uygulama
açılırken tam ekran reklam gösterilmez. AdMob, reklam sunmak için reklam
kimliği gibi tanımlayıcılar işleyebilir. Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik
Krallık ve İsviçre'deki kullanıcılara Google'ın Kullanıcı Mesajlaşma Platformu
(User Messaging Platform, UMP) aracılığıyla rıza ekranı gösterilir ve seçiminizi
Ayarlar > Gizlilik bölümünden değiştirebilirsiniz. AdMob'un veri işleyişi için

Google Play Faturalandırma ile reklamsız bir üyelik satın alabilirsiniz.
ÜCRETLİ ÜYEDE REKLAM GÖSTERİLMEZ VE REKLAM İSTEĞİ BİLE ATILMAZ — karar rıza
sorulmadan önce verilir, yani ödeme yapmış kullanıcıya rıza formu da
gösterilmez. Satın alma işlemini Google Play yürütür; uygulama ödeme
bilgilerinizi görmez ve saklamaz. Satın almayı geri yükleme (restore) Ayarlar >
Üyelik bölümündedir.

ARALIKLI TEKRARIN KENDİSİ ÖDEME DUVARININ ARKASINDA DEĞİLDİR
Kelime eklemek, günlük tekrarı yapmak, bildiklerinizi elemek ve aralıkları
değiştirmek HER PLANDA AÇIKTIR; yedekleme ve geri yükleme de öyle. Paraya
dönen iki şey vardır: tekrar döngüsüne giren liste sayısı (ücretsiz planda 3)
ve CSV dışa aktarma. SINIR HİÇBİR ŞEYİ SİLMEZ: plan penceresinin dışında kalan
listeleriniz olduğu yerde durur ve yedeğinizde tamamı bulunur.

TEKRAR ARALIKLARININ KAYNAĞI
Paketle gelen aralık merdiveni (ilk iki tekrar 1 ve 6 gün, sonrası bir önceki
aralığın kolaylık çarpanıyla çarpımı) SuperMemo SM-2 yönteminin yayımlanmış
merdivenidir (Wozniak & Gorzelanczyk, 1994 —
https://super-memory.com/english/ol/sm2.htm) ve bu künye uygulamanın Ayarlar
ekranında GÖRÜNÜR. Dört düğmeli işaretleme ile çarpan adımları bu düzenin
yaygın uyarlamasıdır, SM-2'nin kendi sayıları değildir. Sayıların herhangi
birini değiştirdiğinizde künye "sizin girdiğiniz" hâline gelir. Bu aralıkların
herkes için en iyi aralık olduğu İDDİA EDİLMEZ.

ÖLÇÜM
Uygulama beş ürün olayını yalnızca bu cihazda sayar: Eklenen kelime,
İşaretlenen tekrar, Elenen kelime, Açılan istatistik, Gelen hatırlatma. Bu beş
sayacı yalnızca siz görürsünüz (Ayarlar > Kullanım) ve hiçbir yere
gönderilmezler. Seri ve puan da aynı biçimde telefonda sayılır. GELİŞTİRİCİ
HİÇBİR ANALİTİK KÜTÜPHANESİ EKLEMEZ; metin tanıma ve çeviri için kullanılan
Google ML Kit kitaplıkları kendi tanılama ve kullanım verisini §4'te
anlatıldığı gibi Google'a gönderir.

SORUMLULUK REDDİ
Bu bir çalışma aracıdır. DİL ÖĞRETMEZ, yazdığınız karşılıkları denetlemez ve
hiçbir sonuç vaat etmez. Seviye ve "kelime dağarcığı" sayısı yoktur; çünkü
uygulama yalnızca sizin girdiğiniz kelimeleri görür. Seri ve puan kendi
çalışmanızı sayar, ne bildiğinizi değil.

ÇOCUKLAR
Uygulama çocuklara yönelik değildir.
