Kısaca: Geliştirici kişisel veri toplamaz, hesap açmanızı istemez ve sunucu işletmez. Girdiğiniz takip bilgileri yalnızca telefonunuzda durur. Ücretsiz sürümde Google AdMob reklamları gösterilir (biçimlerin tamamı §5'te); reklamı sunan Google Mobile Ads SDK'sı IP adresini, uygulama etkileşimini, tanılama bilgisini ve cihaz kimliklerini (reklam kimliği dahil) toplar ve Google ile paylaşır (§5). Ücretli üyelikte reklam yoktur ve reklam isteği de atılmaz. Geliştirici analitik ve çökme raporlama aracı kullanmaz.

1. Bu uygulama ne yapıyor

Konser Etkinlik Bileti Bulucu, sizin belirlediğiniz aralıklarla Biletix kaynağındaki etkinliklerin bilet satış durumunu kontrol eder ve bir değişiklik olduğunda telefonunuza bildirim gönderir. Örnek bir takip: Şebnem Ferah konseri.

Uygulama satın alma, rezervasyon veya yer tutma yapmaz. Sizi ilgili resmî/asıl siteye yönlendirir; işlemi orada kendiniz yaparsınız.

2. Toplanan kişisel veri

Geliştirici hiçbirini toplamaz. Uygulama ad, e-posta, telefon numarası, T.C. kimlik numarası, konum, rehber, kamera, mikrofon veya dosya istemez ve okumaz. Kayıt olma zorunluluğu yoktur. Geliştiricinin sunucusu olmadığı için size ait hiçbir kayıt oluşmaz.

Tek istisna reklamdır ve onu da geliştirici işlemez: ücretsiz sürümde reklamları sunan Google, cihazın reklam kimliğini (AAID) ve IP adresini kullanabilir. Ayrıntısı §5'te.

3. Telefonunuzda saklananlar

Aşağıdakiler yalnızca cihazınızdaki uygulama alanında tutulur, dışarı çıkmaz ve uygulamayı kaldırdığınızda silinir:

4. Dışarıya giden istekler

Uygulama yalnızca aşağıdaki adreslere bağlanır ve yalnızca sizin kurduğunuz takibin arama ölçütlerini gönderir. Bu istekler, tarayıcınızla aynı sayfayı açmanızdan farklı değildir:

Bu adresler geliştiriciye ait değildir; ilgili kurum ve şirketlerin kendi gizlilik politikaları geçerlidir. Sorgular anlık olarak işlenir; geliştirici tarafında hiçbir kayıt tutulmaz, çünkü geliştiricinin sunucusu yoktur.

5. Reklam

Bu bölüm sürüm 0.26.0 ve sonrası için geçerlidir. Daha eski sürümlerde uygulamada reklam yoktur, reklam kütüphanesi bulunmaz ve reklam kimliği okunmaz.

Uygulamanın ücretsiz sürümünde reklam gösterilir. Reklamları Google AdMob sunar; geliştirici reklam içeriğini seçmez ve reklamverenlerle doğrudan ilişkisi yoktur. Kullanılan biçimler:

Alt bant — ekranın altında, içeriği kapatmaz.
Ödüllü — yalnızca siz bir düğmeye dokunduğunuzda; karşılığında geçici ek izleme hakkı verilir.
Yerel (native) — izleme listesinin içinde, üzerinde “Reklam” etiketiyle işaretlenmiş bir kart.

Geçiş, ödüllü geçiş ve uygulama açılış reklamları artık kullanılmaz; uygulamanın 28 Ekim 2026'dan önce yayımlanan sürümleri bu biçimleri de gösteriyordu.

Ücretli üyelikte reklam gösterilmez ve reklam isteği atılmaz — yani ücretli üyenin cihazından AdMob'a hiçbir istek gitmez, rıza formu da gösterilmez.
Google, reklamı seçmek, sunmak ve ölçmek için cihazınızın reklam kimliğini (AAID) ve IP adresini kullanabilir. Bu kimliği geliştirici okumaz ve saklamaz; işleyen taraf Google'dır.
Reklam kimliğini Ayarlar › Google › Reklamlar ekranından sıfırlayabilir veya tamamen silebilirsiniz. Sildiğinizde uygulama çalışmaya devam eder.

5b. Analitik ve izleme

Analitik (Firebase Analytics vb.), çökme raporlama (Crashlytics vb.) ve pazarlama izleyicisi kullanılmaz. Uygulamayı nasıl kullandığınız geliştiriciye hiçbir şekilde iletilmez.

Ödeme bilgileriniz (kart, adres, fatura) uygulamaya HİÇ girmez ve uygulama tarafından görülmez, saklanmaz; ödemeyi Google Play alır. Uygulamanın öğrendiği tek şey üyeliğinizin açık olup olmadığıdır.
`AD_ID`	Ücretsiz sürümdeki reklamları Google AdMob sunar; reklam kimliğini (AAID) okuyan taraf Google'dır. Bu izni uygulama kendi yazmaz, reklam kütüphanesi ekler. Ücretli üyelikte reklam isteği hiç atılmaz. Kimliği Ayarlar › Google › Reklamlar ekranından sıfırlayabilir veya silebilirsiniz.

7. Ödeme ve üyelik

Ücretli üyelik satın alırsanız ödeme Google Play üzerinden yapılır. Kart bilgileriniz uygulamaya girilmez ve geliştirici tarafından görülmez.

Aylık ve yıllık üyelikler kendiliğinden yenilenir; ödeme her dönem başında Google Play hesabınızdan alınır. Ömür boyu üyelik tek seferlik bir satın almadır, yenilenmez. Aboneliği istediğiniz an Google Play Store › Menü › Abonelikler ekranından iptal edebilirsiniz; iptal, ödenmiş dönemin sonunda geçerli olur. Para iadesi talepleri de Google Play üzerinden yapılır — geliştiricinin ödemeye erişimi yoktur.

Uygulamanın kendi sunucusu yoktur. Üyeliğinizin açık olup olmadığı, uygulama Google Play’e her sorduğunda (uygulamayı açtığınızda ve üyelik ekranını görüntülediğinizde) yeniden okunur. Bu yüzden iptal ya da iade sonrası üyeliğin kapanması uygulamayı bir sonraki açışınızda gerçekleşir. Cihaz değiştirdiyseniz üyelik ekranındaki Satın alımları geri yükle düğmesi aynı Google hesabındaki satın almayı geri getirir.

8. Çocuklar

Uygulama çocuklara yönelik değildir ve çocuklardan bilerek veri toplamaz. Zaten hiç kimseden kişisel veri toplamamaktadır.

9. Veri saklama ve silme

Geliştiricide sizinle ilgili hiçbir veri bulunmadığı için silinecek bir kayıt da yoktur. Cihazınızdaki verileri uygulamayı kaldırarak veya Ayarlar › Uygulamalar › Konser Etkinlik Bileti Bulucu › Depolama › Verileri temizle ile silebilirsiniz.

Kayıtlı etkinlikler
"Kaydet" ile sakladığın etkinlikler yalnız bu telefonda, uygulamanın şifreli deposunda (AES-256-GCM) durur. Her kayıtta şunlar tutulur: etkinliğin Biletix kodu, adı, mekân ve tarih satırı, başlangıç zamanı, şehir, tür, mekân adı ve kodu, Biletix sayfasının adresi, son okunan satış durumu, kaydettiğin an, durumun son okunduğu an, son yenilemede Biletix'te bulunup bulunmadığı, seçtiğin hatırlatma süresi ve hatırlatmanın gönderildiği an. En çok 200 kayıt tutulur; liste dolunca yeni kayıt reddedilir, eskiler kendiliğinden silinmez. Kaydı yalnız sen kaldırırsın.
"Durumları yenile"ye dokunduğunda kayıtlı etkinliklerin kodları TEK istekte Biletix'in arama servisine gönderilir; başka bir şey gönderilmez. Biletix'in döndürmediği kayıt silinmez, "son yenilemede bulunamadı" diye işaretlenir.

Hatırlatma
Kayıtlı bir etkinlik için seçtiğin süre kadar önce (1 gün ya da 3 saat) bu telefonda bildirim gösterilir. Zamanlayıcı Android'in WorkManager'ıdır; kesin alarm izni istenmez, bu yüzden Android'in pil tasarrufu bildirimi birkaç dakika geciktirebilir. Kaydı kaldırınca ya da hatırlatmayı kapatınca bekleyen hatırlatma iptal edilir.

Favori şehir ve türler, "Şehrim"
"Seçimi hatırla" ile seçtiğin şehir adları ve tür kodları (her biri en çok 8) bu telefonda saklanır; ilk şehir "Şehrim"dir. Yeni bir aramada bu şehir ya da tür sonuçta varsa süzgeç kendiliğinden seçilir, yoksa seçilmez. "Tercihleri unut" hepsini siler.

Yakınımdaki etkinlikler
Konum izni istenmez ve telefonun konumu okunmaz. Yazdığın ya da listeden seçtiğin şehir adı Biletix'e şehir sorgusu olarak gider; "Yakın şehirler" Biletix'in kendi bölge gruplamasıdır (örneğin Eskişehir için Ankara bölgesi).

Yeni etkinlik uyarısı, mekân ve takım takibi
Şehir (ve isteğe bağlı tür) uyarısı, mekân takibi ve takım takibi diğer takipler gibi izleme listende durur. Her kontrolde Biletix'e şehir ve tür, mekân kodu ya da ad sorgusu gider; her biri ayrı bir istektir. Şehir uyarısı kurulmadan önce kapsamdaki gelecek etkinlikler bir kez sayılır; 1000'i aşan kapsam kurulmaz.

Toplu takip
Yapıştırdığın, dosyadan seçtiğin ya da başka bir uygulamadan bu uygulamaya paylaştığın metin yalnız bu telefonda adlara ayrılır; metnin kendisi saklanmaz, yalnız "Hepsini takip et"e bastığında ondan çıkan adlar takip olarak kaydedilir. Paylaşılan metin kendiliğinden takip kurmaz. Dosya, Android'in dosya seçicisiyle yalnız seçtiğin dosyadan okunur; depolama izni istenmez.

Paylaşma
"Paylaş" Android'in kendi paylaşım menüsünü açar. Giden metin etkinliğin adı, mekân ve tarih satırı ve Biletix adresidir; yalnız senin seçtiğin uygulamaya gider, geliştiriciye gitmez.

Yedekleme
Uygulamanın verileri Android'in bulut yedeğine ve cihazdan cihaza aktarıma girmez.

Saved events
Events you keep with "Save" stay on this phone only, in the app's encrypted store (AES-256-GCM). Each entry holds the event's Biletix code, name, venue and date line, start time, city, type, venue name and code, the Biletix page address, the last sale status read, the time you saved it, the time the status was last read, whether Biletix returned it in the last refresh, the reminder lead time you chose and the time the reminder was sent. At most 200 entries are kept; when the list is full a new one is refused and old ones are never deleted on their own. Only you remove an entry.
When you tap "Refresh statuses", the codes of your saved events are sent to Biletix's search service in a SINGLE request; nothing else is sent. An entry Biletix does not return is not deleted; it is marked "not found in the last refresh".

Reminders
For a saved event, a notification is shown on this phone the lead time you chose before it starts (1 day or 3 hours). The scheduler is Android's WorkManager; no exact-alarm permission is requested, so Android battery saving may delay it by a few minutes. Removing the entry or turning the reminder off cancels the pending reminder.

Favourite cities and types, "Your city"
City names and type codes you keep with "Remember selection" (up to 8 each) are stored on this phone; the first city is "Your city". In a new search the filter picks them only when they appear in the results. "Forget favourites" deletes them all.

Events near me
No location permission is requested and the phone's location is never read. The city you type or pick is sent to Biletix as a city query; "Nearby cities" is Biletix's own region grouping (for example the Ankara region for Eskişehir).

New event alerts, venue and team follows
A city (and optional type) alert, a venue follow and a team follow sit in your watch list like other follows. Every check sends Biletix a city and type, a venue code or a name query; each is a separate request. Before a city alert is set, its upcoming events are counted once; a scope above 1000 is not set.

Bulk follow
Text you paste, pick from a file or share to this app from another app is split into names on this phone only; the text itself is not stored, and only when you tap "Follow all" are the names saved as follows. Shared text never creates follows on its own. A file is read only from the one you pick in Android's file picker; no storage permission is requested.

Sharing
"Share" opens Android's own share menu. The text sent is the event name, its venue and date line and the Biletix address; it goes only to the app you choose, never to the developer.

Backup
The app's data is excluded from Android cloud backup and from device-to-device transfer.

In short: the developer collects no personal data, the app does not ask you to create an account and sends nothing to any server of ours — we do not operate one. Everything you enter stays on your phone. The free tier shows Google AdMob ads (every format is listed in §5); the Google Mobile Ads SDK that serves them collects and shares with Google the IP address, app interactions, diagnostic information and device identifiers, including the advertising ID (§5). Paid members see no ads and no ad request is made at all. The developer uses no analytics and no crash reporting.

1. What the app does

Konser Etkinlik Bileti Bulucu checks etkinliklerin bilet satış durumunu on Biletix at an interval you choose, and sends a notification to your phone when a sold-out event goes back on sale. An example watch: Şebnem Ferah konseri.

The app never buys, reserves or holds anything. It points you at Biletix's own event page; you act there yourself.

2. Data we collect

The developer collects none. We run no server and receive nothing from your device — not your watches, not your device identifier, not your usage, not crash reports.

The one exception is advertising, and the developer does not process that either: in the free tier Google serves the ads and may use your device's advertising ID (AAID) and IP address. See §5.

3. What is stored on your device

The watches you create (event name, city, date range), your interval setting, the records already seen (their IDs with status and price, up to 500 per watch) so the app does not repeat itself, the recent finds (up to 20 per watch: title, second line, status or price and its previous value, link and the time found), shown under the watch as Recent finds and deleted with the watch, and the measured data usage. All of it lives in the app's private storage and is deleted when you uninstall the app.

4. Servers the app talks to

The app connects ONLY to Biletix. There is no account, no sign-in and no server of ours. The host is:

These requests are ordinary public web requests over HTTPS, the same ones your browser makes on the public event-listing service of Biletix. They carry no identifier of you.

5. Advertising

This section applies to version 0.26.0 and later. Earlier versions show no ads, contain no advertising library and read no advertising ID.

The free tier shows ads. They are served by Google AdMob; the developer does not choose what is shown and has no direct relationship with advertisers. The formats used are:

• Banner — at the bottom of the screen; it never covers
your content.

• Rewarded — only when you tap the offer yourself; it
grants temporary extra watch slots.

• Native — a card inside your watch list, always marked
with an “Ad” label.

Interstitial, rewarded interstitial and app open ads are no longer used; versions of the app released before 28 October 2026 also showed these formats.

• Paid members see no ads and no ad request is made —
nothing leaves the device for AdMob, and no consent form is shown.

• To select, serve and measure ads, Google may use your device's
advertising ID (AAID) and IP address. The developer never reads or stores that identifier; Google is the party that processes it.

• You can reset or delete the advertising ID in
Settings › Google › Ads. The app keeps working if you do.

• In the European Economic Area, Switzerland and the United Kingdom,
Google's certified consent form is shown before the first ad loads. You can change your choice later from the Privacy options link inside the app.

• How Google processes this data:

There is no analytics (Firebase Analytics and the like), no crash reporting (Crashlytics and the like) and no marketing tracker. How you use the app is never reported to the developer.

6. Permissions

– Permission — Why
– ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE — To avoid pointless attempts while offline, and to tell mobile data from Wi-Fi.
– INTERNET — To reach the public event-listing service of Biletix.
– POST_NOTIFICATIONS — To tell you a ticket became available for an event you watch. That is the whole app.
– READ_BASIC_PHONE_STATE — So the ads library can tell Wi-Fi from mobile data. It grants no access to your phone number, IMEI or call log; the app does not declare it, the ads library adds it.
– RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED — So your watches resume after the phone restarts.
– VIBRATE — To vibrate when a notification arrives.
– WAKE_LOCK — So the phone does not fall asleep in the middle of a check. The app does not ask for this itself; the background work library (Android Jetpack WorkManager) adds it.
– BILLING — So you can buy a paid membership through Google Play. The app does not declare this permission itself; the Google Play Billing library adds it. Your payment details (card, address, invoice) never reach the app and are never seen or stored by it — Google Play takes the payment. All the app learns is whether your membership is active.
– AD_ID — Ads in the free tier are served by Google AdMob, which may read the device advertising ID (AAID). The app does not declare this permission itself; the ads library adds it. Paid members make no ad request at all. You can reset or delete the ID in Settings › Google › Ads.

7. Payment and membership

If you buy a paid membership, the payment is handled by Google Play. Your card details are never entered into the app and are never seen by the developer.

Monthly and yearly memberships renew automatically; Google Play charges your account at the start of each period. The lifetime membership is a one-off purchase and does not renew. You can cancel a subscription at any time in Google Play Store › Menu › Subscriptions; cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds are also handled by Google Play — the developer has no access to the payment.

The app has no server of its own. Whether your membership is active is read again every time the app asks Google Play (when you open the app and when you view the membership screen). That is why a cancellation or refund closes the membership the next time you open the app. If you changed device, Restore purchases on the membership screen brings back a purchase made with the same Google account.

8. Children

The app is not directed to children. The developer collects no data from anyone; the advertising data described in §5 is processed by Google.

9. Keeping and deleting your data

Everything the app stores stays on your device; there is no account and no server copy. Deleting a watch removes it immediately. Clearing the app’s storage, or uninstalling the app, deletes everything it has ever kept — nothing survives elsewhere, so there is no separate deletion request to make. A paid membership is held by Google Play, not by the app: it survives reinstalling and can be brought back with Restore purchases.
