1. What the app does

Paper Trail: Receipt Scanner keeps the records you enter and works them out for you. An example entry: Receipt · 14 March · filed.

The app reads nothing from the internet: it contacts no source, looks nothing up and has no account to sign in to. Every figure it shows is computed on this phone from what you typed.

2. Data we collect

The developer collects none. We run no server and receive nothing from your device — not your records, not your device identifier, not your usage, not crash reports.

There are two exceptions, and the developer processes neither: in the free tier Google serves the ads and may use your device's advertising ID (AAID) and IP address (§5), and Google ML Kit sends Google its own diagnostic data with an identifier for this installation (§4).

3. What is stored on your device

The records you enter, the settings you choose and the reminders you set, with the time each reminder last went off so that it is not sent twice. All of it lives in the app's private storage and is deleted when you uninstall the app.

4. Servers the app talks to

For its own work, none. The app contacts no source server: there is nothing to fetch. Apart from the advertising and purchase traffic described in §5 and §6 (the free tier is the only tier that makes the first of those), the only other traffic comes from Google ML Kit, the Google library that reads the papers you scan and translates them when you ask; that work itself is done on this phone.

According to Google, ML Kit collects device and app information (such as the phone model, the Android version and the app version), an identifier for this installation that Google says is not intended to identify a user or a device, performance metrics, settings, input and output sizes, event types and error codes, and sends them to Google over HTTPS for diagnostics and usage analytics; Google does not share them with third parties. That list does not include your pictures, your text or your records. Translation also downloads each language model from Google once, and ML Kit asks Google's Firebase service for its configuration. Google describes it at https://developers.google.com/ml-kit/android-data-disclosure. The Google Play Data safety section lists that identifier as collected for analytics.

5. Advertising

This section applies to version 0.1.0 and later. Earlier versions show no ads, contain no advertising library and read no advertising ID.

The free tier shows ads. They are served by Google AdMob; the developer does not choose what is shown and has no direct relationship with advertisers. The formats used are:

• Banner — at the bottom of the screen; it never covers your content.
• Rewarded — only when you tap the offer yourself; it relaxes free-tier limits for 24 hours.
• Native — a card inside the app's own screens, always marked with an “Ad” label.

Interstitial, rewarded interstitial and app open ads are no longer used; versions of the app released before 28 October 2026 also showed these formats.

• Paid members see no ads and no ad request is made — nothing leaves the device for AdMob, and no consent form is shown.
• To select, serve and measure ads, Google may use your device's advertising ID (AAID) and IP address. The developer never reads or stores that identifier; Google is the party that processes it.
• You can reset or delete the advertising ID in Settings › Google › Ads. The app keeps working if you do.
• In the European Economic Area, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, Google's certified consent form is shown before the first ad loads. You can change your choice later from the Privacy options link inside the app.
• How Google processes this data: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites

The developer adds no analytics (Firebase Analytics and the like), no crash reporting (Crashlytics and the like) and no marketing tracker. How you use the app is never reported to the developer. The diagnostic and usage data Google ML Kit sends (§4) goes to Google, not to the developer.

If you buy a paid membership, the payment is handled by Google Play. Your card details are never entered into the app and are never seen by the developer.

Monthly and yearly memberships renew automatically; Google Play charges your account at the start of each period. The lifetime membership is a one-off purchase and does not renew. You can cancel a subscription at any time in Google Play Store › Menu › Subscriptions; cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds are also handled by Google Play — the developer has no access to the payment.

The app has no server of its own. Whether your membership is active is read again every time the app asks Google Play (when you open the app and when you view the membership screen). That is why a cancellation or refund closes the membership the next time you open the app. If you changed device, Restore purchases on the membership screen brings back a purchase made with the same Google account.

The app is not directed to children. The developer collects no data from anyone; the advertising data described in §5 is processed by Google.

9. Keeping and deleting your data

Everything the app stores stays on your device; there is no account and no server copy. Clearing the app’s storage, or uninstalling the app, deletes everything it has ever kept — nothing survives elsewhere, so there is no separate deletion request to make. A paid membership is held by Google Play, not by the app: it survives reinstalling and can be brought back with Restore purchases.

12. This app in detail

The sections above apply to every app by this developer. What follows is written for this app only and describes exactly what it records, what it never records and what it will not claim.

This policy is published in ENGLISH and TURKISH, because the app itself speaks
both. The Turkish text begins after the line marked "TÜRKÇE" further down and
says the same things.

SUMMARY
The developer receives none of your personal data. Everything it holds —
the photographs of the papers you scan (every page of a paper), the text read
out of them or corrected by you, the type, the issuer, the dates, the amounts,
the currencies, whether an amount is money in or money out, the tax, tip,
payment method and line items read from a receipt, the spending categories and
the exchange rates you type, the validity dates, your notes, folders and tags,
the businesses you add and their currencies, the look and the eraser marks you
chose for a photo, the transactions you import from a bank statement, which
papers you starred or opened last, the corrections the app has learned from you
and the counters of your own usage — is stored ONLY on your device. There is no
account and no sign-in. No network connection is made in order to read a paper
or a PDF you import, to straighten, clean up or erase marks on its photo, to
recognise its type, to suggest its spending category, to file it, to translate
it, to read a bank statement or a business card, to remind you before something
expires, or to produce a report for a month, a quarter, a year or your own
dates, its profit and loss, its charts, the CSV, the Excel file, the ZIP or the
full backup. An amount in another currency is converted
only with the exchange rate YOU type; the app fetches no rate from anywhere.

NO TEXT LEAVES THIS PHONE
The papers people scan with an app like this are receipts, invoices,
prescriptions, contracts, official letters and warranty cards. Those are among
the most private documents a person owns. Text recognition runs entirely on
this device with models that ship inside the app — for Latin writing and for
Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Devanagari — and translation runs on this device
too, with a model you download once. At no point is the picture, the text
that was read, or the translation uploaded, transmitted or shown to anyone.
Automatic cloud backup is disabled (allowBackup=false), so the operating system
does not copy this data to a cloud account either. A backup is made only when
you choose to write one, to a file you select yourself. The ordinary backup
contains the RECORD ONLY (types, issuers, dates, amounts, texts, tags, line
items, folders, businesses and the corrections the app learned), not the image
files, because a single photo can be several megabytes. The FULL BACKUP (a ZIP
file) carries the record AND every page photo; see "FULL BACKUP WITH PHOTOS".

PHOTOS ARE ENCRYPTED ON THE PHONE
Every photograph is stored in the app's private folder ENCRYPTED with
AES-256-GCM. The photo key is itself kept only in encrypted form, protected by
a key held in the phone's Android Keystore, so a copied photo file cannot be
opened without this app on this phone. A photo saved as a plain file by an
earlier version is encrypted the next time the app opens. The record (issuers,
amounts, texts) was already kept in an encrypted store.

FULL BACKUP WITH PHOTOS
When you tap "Save full backup (ZIP)", the app writes one ZIP file to the place
you pick in the system file picker: the record and every page photo, for moving
to a new phone. The photo key belongs to this phone and cannot be moved, so
inside the backup file the photos are NOT encrypted — the screen says so before
you save; keep the file somewhere safe. The app never sends it to a server. On
restore, only photos with a plain file name inside the backup's photo folder are
accepted (no path can climb out of it), the size of each entry and the number of
entries are limited, every photo is encrypted again with the new phone's key,
and the papers on the phone are replaced by the ones in the backup. A file that
is not a full backup, or cannot be read, changes nothing.

THE FOUR THINGS THE INTERNET PERMISSION IS FOR
The internet permissions (android.permission.INTERNET,
android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE) are used for exactly four things:
advertising, the advertising consent form, the ONE-OFF DOWNLOAD OF A
TRANSLATION MODEL when you ask for a language, and the diagnostic and usage
data that Google ML Kit (the text recognition and translation library in this
app) sends to Google; §4 lists that data, and Google's list does not include
your papers or their text. The translation model download
is a file transfer from Google to your phone; it carries no text of yours. It
is requested over Wi-Fi by default so that a ~30 MB download never lands on
your mobile data bill without your knowing. Once the model is on the phone,
translation works with the network switched off.

THE CAMERA
The app does NOT request the camera permission
(android.permission.CAMERA is not in this package). When you tap "Take a photo",
your phone's own camera app is opened through the standard system action and it
writes the picture directly into the app's private folder, using a one-shot
permission for that single file. The app never opens the camera in the
background and never takes a picture without you pressing the shutter. You can
also pick an existing image; that is done through the system document picker,
which needs no storage permission and gives the app access to the single file
you chose and nothing else. A PDF is picked the same way: Android's own PDF
renderer draws up to its first five pages as pictures on the phone, they are
read like a photo, and the first page becomes the paper's photo; a
password-protected PDF cannot be opened and the app says so. On a tablet you can
also drag an image or a PDF from another app onto this one; the app gets access
to that single file only. When another app shares images or PDFs to this one
through the system share sheet, the app gets access to those files only (at
most 20 at a time, only files handed over through Android's content system),
and each is added as a paper the same way as a dragged file. A paper can have
up to 20 pages; every page you add is read on the phone and stored encrypted.
When the app finds a paper's four edges with confidence, it shows the photo
straightened. You can also show a photo cleaned up (shadow removed), in grey or
in black and white, with your own brightness and contrast, and paint over a
stain with the eraser. These choices are stored with the paper and applied when
it is shown, shared or printed: the original photo is never altered, text is
always read from the original, and one tap shows the original again.

NO LOCATION
This app requests NO location permission of any kind. Where a paper was scanned
is of no use in a filing cabinet, and an app that knew both the contents of your
prescriptions and exactly where you live would be a far worse thing to lose than
the papers it holds.

APP LOCK (OPTIONAL)
If you switch it on in Settings, papers, photos and amounts are shown only after
your phone's own screen lock (PIN, pattern, password, or the fingerprint or face
unlock your phone offers) is confirmed — when the app opens and after it has
been in the background for more than a minute. The app never sees or keeps your
PIN, password or any biometric data: Android checks it and tells the app only
whether it was confirmed. On Android 13 and newer the app's screen is also
hidden in the recent-apps view while the lock is on. If your phone has no screen
lock, the app lock cannot be switched on. No biometric permission is requested.

BANK STATEMENT (CSV)
You can pick a CSV file that you downloaded from your online banking, through
the system file picker. The app does NOT connect to your bank and never asks for
an account, a password or a card number; the file is read on the phone (up to
4 MB and 2,000 lines) and never leaves it. When the date order or the direction
of the amounts cannot be told from the file itself, the preview asks you. Lines
labelled as a total or a balance are not counted as transactions, a transaction
already imported is not added twice, and each transaction becomes a paper
without a photo, marked "Bank statement", in the business that is open.

QUICK ENTRY BY VOICE OR TEXT
You can say or type one sentence such as "12.50 coffee". Speech is turned into
text by your phone's own speech recognition screen (for example Google's), which
handles the audio under its own terms; this app requests NO microphone
permission (android.permission.RECORD_AUDIO is not in this package), never
records or keeps audio, and receives only the resulting text. A sentence without
an amount creates nothing.

BUSINESS CARDS
For a scanned business card the app can open your phone's Contacts app with the
name, company, job title, phone numbers, email and website it read already
filled in. Nothing is saved until you save it there yourself. This app requests
NO contacts permission (READ_CONTACTS and WRITE_CONTACTS are not in this
package) and never reads your contacts.

PRINTING
A paper (all of its pages) or a report can be printed through your phone's own
print screen. The app hands that PDF only to the printer or print service YOU
choose there.

SEVERAL BUSINESSES
You can add up to 10 businesses besides the default one, each with its own
papers, report and currency; folders and tags are shared. The number of papers
your plan allows is counted across all businesses together, and a business that
still has papers cannot be removed.

WHEN YOU SEND A REPORT, A CSV, AN EXCEL FILE, A ZIP OR A PAPER
The PDF report (for a month, a quarter, a year or your own dates), the CSV and
the Excel file are written into the app's own private folder and handed to the
app you pick from the system share sheet or saved to a file of your choosing —
email, a spreadsheet, your cloud drive. The receiving app gets a one-shot
permission for that single file and nothing else. We never see the document,
never see the recipient and never learn that you sent it; the app only
increments a counter on your own device. The PDF contains your name if you
entered one, and for each paper of that period the date, the type, the issuer,
the amount and the validity date, with totals by type and by spending category,
the tax and tips read from the papers and, if you typed exchange rates, the
converted total and the rates used and, when papers are marked as money in, the
money in and the profit or loss. The CSV and the Excel file contain, for each
paper, the date, the type, the issuer, the amount, the currency, the validity
date, the folder, your note, the time it was scanned, the file name of its
photograph, the spending category, your tags, the tax, the tip, the payment
method, the number of line items, whether it is money in or out, its business,
where it came from (bank statement or quick entry), its number of pages and, if
you typed one, the exchange rate and the converted amount; the Excel file and a
separate items file also list the line items. None of these contains the
photographs or the full text that was read. The text of a paper leaves the app
only when you copy it to the clipboard or share it as plain text yourself.
The ZIP adds the photographs of that period's papers (every page, straightened
where they were straightened, at most 200) next to the report, the CSV and the
items file, and a single paper can be shared as a JPEG of a page or a PDF of
all its pages, or printed. To hand these over, a DECRYPTED copy of that one
file is written to the app's
private outbox folder; your next export replaces it, and uninstalling the app
removes it.

THIS IS NOT AN ACCOUNTING RECORD
The monthly report is a private summary. It is NOT an accounting record, NOT a
tax return and NOT a tax document. The app ships with NO tax rate, NO deduction
rule and NO definition of a deductible expense; it computes none of them and
never fills a figure in for you. All it does is add up the amounts you entered
or accepted. Tax and tips are only ever READ from lines the paper itself labels
(VAT, tax, tip); the app calculates no tax at any rate. It connects to no
accounting software and files nothing with any authority. Producing a report starts no deadline and notifies nobody.
Money in and the profit or loss line are only the difference between the
amounts you marked as money in and the rest; they are not an income statement.

MACHINE READING AND MACHINE TRANSLATION CAN BE WRONG
Text recognition misreads characters, and machine translation can reverse the
meaning of a sentence. The app marks a paper "check" when it is not confident
about the type, and when a date could be read two ways it shows you both and
asks. It never guesses a validity date: unless the paper itself is labelled
"valid until" (or the equivalent in the languages it knows) next to a date, that
field stays empty, because a reminder set to a made-up day is worse than no
reminder at all. Tax, tips, the payment method and line items are read the same
way and can be wrong too; the app compares the line items with the paper's total
and shows any difference. When you correct an issuer, a type or a category, the
app remembers it ON THE PHONE for the next paper from the same issuer and marks
what it filled in from your earlier choice. This app does not verify whether a
prescription, a licence or
an official paper is genuine or still valid, and it gives no medical, legal, tax
or financial advice. The paper itself has the last word.

ADVERTISING (Google AdMob)
The free version shows Google AdMob advertising. Three ad formats are used:
a bottom banner, a native ad inside the app's own content, and a rewarded
video you start yourself. There are no full-screen ads between screens or
when the app opens. AdMob may process identifiers such as the advertising
ID in order to serve ads. Users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom
and Switzerland are shown a consent screen through Google's
User Messaging Platform (UMP); you can change your choice later under
Settings > Privacy.

⚠️ The photographs, the text read from your papers, the amounts, the issuers and
your folders are NEVER shared with the advertising network. Ads are requested
with no information from your shelf.

PAID MEMBERSHIP
You can buy an ad-free membership through Google Play Billing. A paying member
sees no advertising at all: no ad is displayed and no ad request is even sent.
The paid plan raises how many papers you may keep and how many translations you
may run in a day. Watching a rewarded video adds translations for 24 hours.
SCANNING, READING, CLASSIFYING, FILING, THE EXPIRY REMINDER, THE MONTHLY REPORT,
THE CSV, THE EXCEL FILE, SPENDING CATEGORIES AND CURRENCY CONVERSION ARE NEVER
BEHIND THE PAYWALL. They are produced on every plan,
offline, at any hour. The reason is arithmetic, not generosity: the recognition
model ships inside the app, so a scan costs nothing to run, and charging a
rewarded video for something that costs nothing would be friction with nothing
on the other side of it. Translation is metered because each language really
does need a one-off download and real battery. Purchases are handled by Google
Play; the app never sees or stores your payment details, and you can restore an
existing purchase from the membership section.

OTHER PERMISSIONS
POST_NOTIFICATIONS, VIBRATE and RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED are used for the validity
reminder, and WAKE_LOCK is added by the background work library while a scheduled
check runs. The advertising and measurement libraries add
com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID and
android.permission.READ_BASIC_PHONE_STATE to the package. Purchases use
com.android.vending.BILLING. The app requests NO external storage permission, NO
camera permission, NO microphone permission, NO contacts permission and NO
location permission.

DELETING YOUR DATA
Deleting a paper deletes the photographs of all its pages from the phone at the
same moment, and removing a page deletes that page's photograph.
Deleting a folder is refused while it still holds papers, so that tidying up can
never turn into data loss. Uninstalling the app removes all of it: the papers,
the photographs, the texts, the translations and the counters. Nothing is kept
anywhere else, because nothing was ever sent anywhere else.

CHILDREN
The app is not directed at children.

FOTOĞRAFLAR TELEFONDA ŞİFRELİ DURUR
Her fotoğraf uygulamanın özel klasöründe AES-256-GCM ile ŞİFRELİ saklanır.
Fotoğraf anahtarının kendisi de yalnızca şifreli durur ve telefonun Android

seçebilirsiniz; bu, depolama izni gerektirmeyen sistem seçicisiyle yapılır ve
uygulamaya yalnızca seçtiğiniz tek dosyaya erişim verir. Bir PDF de aynı yolla
seçilir: Android'in kendi PDF çizicisi ilk beş sayfaya kadarını telefonda resme
çevirir, bunlar bir fotoğraf gibi okunur ve ilk sayfa kâğıdın fotoğrafı olur;
parolalı bir PDF açılamaz ve uygulama bunu söyler. Tablette bir resmi ya da
PDF'i başka bir uygulamadan bu uygulamanın üzerine sürükleyebilirsiniz;
uygulama yalnızca o tek dosyaya erişir. Başka bir uygulama sistem paylaşım
ekranından bu uygulamaya resim ya da PDF paylaştığında uygulama yalnızca o
dosyalara erişir (bir seferde en çok 20, yalnızca Android'in içerik sistemiyle
verilen dosyalar) ve her biri sürüklenen bir dosya gibi kâğıt olarak eklenir.
Bir kâğıdın en çok 20 sayfası olabilir; eklediğiniz her sayfa telefonda okunur
ve şifreli saklanır. Uygulama bir kâğıdın dört kenarını emin olarak bulduğunda
fotoğrafı düzeltilmiş gösterir. Bir fotoğrafı temizlenmiş (gölgesi alınmış),
gri ya da siyah-beyaz, kendi parlaklık ve kontrastınızla da gösterebilir, bir
lekeyi silgiyle boyayabilirsiniz. Bu seçimler kâğıtla birlikte saklanır ve
gösterilirken, paylaşılırken ve yazdırılırken uygulanır: asıl fotoğraf hiç
değiştirilmez, metin her zaman asıl fotoğraftan okunur ve tek dokunuş asıl
fotoğrafı yeniden gösterir.

KONUM YOK
Bu uygulama hiçbir türde konum izni İSTEMEZ. Bir kâğıdın nerede okutulduğu bir
dosya dolabında hiçbir işe yaramaz; hem reçetelerinizin içeriğini hem de tam
olarak nerede oturduğunuzu bilen bir uygulama, tuttuğu kâğıtlardan çok daha
pahalıya kaybedilirdi.

UYGULAMA KİLİDİ (İSTEĞE BAĞLI)
Ayarlar'dan açarsanız kâğıtlar, fotoğraflar ve tutarlar ancak telefonunuzun
kendi ekran kilidi (PIN, desen, parola ya da telefonunuzun sunduğu parmak izi
veya yüz tanıma) onaylandıktan sonra gösterilir — uygulama açılırken ve bir
dakikadan uzun arka planda kaldıktan sonra. Uygulama PIN'inizi, parolanızı ya da
hiçbir biyometrik veriyi görmez ve tutmaz: denetimi Android yapar ve uygulamaya
yalnızca onaylanıp onaylanmadığını söyler. Android 13 ve sonrasında kilit
açıkken uygulamanın ekranı son uygulamalar görünümünde de gizlenir. Telefonunuzda
ekran kilidi yoksa uygulama kilidi açılamaz. Hiçbir biyometrik izin istenmez.

BANKA EKSTRESİ (CSV)
İnternet şubenizden indirdiğiniz bir CSV dosyasını sistem dosya seçicisiyle
seçebilirsiniz. Uygulama bankanıza BAĞLANMAZ; hesap, parola ya da kart numarası
istemez; dosya telefonda okunur (en çok 4 MB ve 2.000 satır) ve telefondan
çıkmaz. Tarih sırası ya da tutarların yönü dosyanın kendisinden anlaşılamıyorsa
önizleme size sorar. Toplam ya da bakiye diye işaretli satırlar hareket
sayılmaz, daha önce alınmış bir hareket ikinci kez eklenmez ve her hareket açık
işletmede "Banka ekstresi" işaretli, fotoğrafsız bir kâğıt olur.

SESLE YA DA YAZARAK HIZLI KAYIT
"12,50 kahve" gibi tek bir cümle söyleyebilir ya da yazabilirsiniz. Konuşmayı
telefonunuzun kendi konuşma tanıma ekranı (örneğin Google'ınki) yazıya çevirir
ve sesi kendi koşullarıyla işler; bu uygulama mikrofon izni İSTEMEZ
(android.permission.RECORD_AUDIO bu pakette yoktur), ses kaydetmez, ses
saklamaz ve yalnızca ortaya çıkan metni alır. Tutarı olmayan bir cümle kayıt
açmaz.

KARTVİZİT
Okuttuğunuz bir kartvizit için uygulama telefonunuzun Rehber uygulamasını
okuduğu ad, şirket, unvan, telefon numaraları, e-posta ve web adresiyle dolu
açabilir. Siz orada kaydetmedikçe hiçbir şey kaydedilmez. Bu uygulama rehber
izni İSTEMEZ (READ_CONTACTS ve WRITE_CONTACTS bu pakette yoktur) ve rehberinizi
hiç okumaz.

YAZDIRMA
Bir kâğıt (bütün sayfaları) ya da bir rapor, telefonunuzun kendi yazdırma
ekranından yazdırılabilir. Uygulama o PDF'i yalnızca orada SİZİN seçtiğiniz
yazıcıya ya da yazdırma hizmetine verir.

BİRDEN ÇOK İŞLETME
Varsayılan işletmenin yanına, her birinin kâğıtları, raporu ve para birimi ayrı
olan en çok 10 işletme ekleyebilirsiniz; klasörler ve etiketler ortaktır.
Planınızın izin verdiği kâğıt sayısı bütün işletmelerde birlikte sayılır ve
kâğıdı olan bir işletme kaldırılamaz.

RAPOR, CSV, EXCEL, ZIP YA DA BİR KÂĞIT GÖNDERDİĞİNİZDE
PDF rapor (bir ay, çeyrek, yıl ya da sizin seçtiğiniz tarihler için), CSV ve
Excel dosyası uygulamanın kendi özel klasörüne yazılır ve sistem paylaşım
ekranından seçtiğiniz uygulamaya verilir ya da seçtiğiniz bir dosyaya
kaydedilir. Alan uygulama yalnızca o tek dosya için tek seferlik izin alır.
Belgeyi görmeyiz, alıcıyı görmeyiz ve gönderdiğinizi öğrenmeyiz; uygulama
yalnızca kendi cihazınızdaki bir sayacı artırır. PDF, girdiyseniz adınızı ve o
dönemin her kâğıdı için tarihi, türü, vereni, tutarı ve geçerlilik tarihini;
türe ve harcama kategorisine göre toplamları, kâğıtlardan okunan vergi ve
bahşişi, kur yazdıysanız çevrilmiş toplamla kullanılan kurları ve giren para
olarak işaretli kâğıtlar varsa giren parayı ve kâr/zararı içerir. CSV ve
Excel dosyası her kâğıt için tarihi, türü, vereni, tutarı, para birimini,
geçerlilik tarihini, klasörü, notunuzu, okutulma anını, fotoğrafın dosya adını,
harcama kategorisini, etiketlerinizi, vergiyi, bahşişi, ödeme yöntemini, kalem
sayısını, giren mi çıkan mı olduğunu, işletmesini, nereden geldiğini (banka
ekstresi ya da hızlı kayıt), sayfa sayısını ve yazdıysanız kuru ve çevrilmiş
tutarı içerir; Excel dosyası ve ayrı bir kalem dosyası kalemleri de listeler.
Bunların hiçbiri fotoğrafları ve okunan tam metni İÇERMEZ. Bir kâğıdın metni
uygulamadan yalnızca siz onu panoya kopyaladığınızda ya da düz metin olarak
paylaştığınızda çıkar.
ZIP, raporun, CSV'nin ve kalem dosyasının yanına o dönemin kâğıtlarının
fotoğraflarını (her sayfayı, düzeltilmişse düzeltilmiş hâlini, en çok 200)
ekler; tek bir kâğıt da bir sayfasının JPEG'i ya da bütün sayfalarının PDF'i
olarak paylaşılabilir ya da yazdırılabilir.
Bunları vermek için o tek dosyanın ŞİFRESİ ÇÖZÜLMÜŞ bir kopyası uygulamanın özel
giden kutusu klasörüne yazılır; bir sonraki dışa aktarımınız onun yerini alır,
uygulamayı kaldırmak onu siler.

BU BİR MUHASEBE KAYDI DEĞİLDİR
Aylık rapor kişisel bir özettir. Muhasebe kaydı, beyanname ya da vergi belgesi
DEĞİLDİR. Uygulamada hiçbir vergi oranı, indirim kuralı ya da "gider yazılır mı"
tanımı yoktur; hiçbirini hesaplamaz ve sizin yerinize hiçbir rakamı doldurmaz.
Yaptığı tek iş, sizin girdiğiniz ya da onayladığınız tutarları toplamaktır.
Vergi ve bahşiş yalnızca kâğıdın kendisinin etiketlediği satırlardan (KDV, vergi,
bahşiş) OKUNUR; uygulama hiçbir oranla vergi hesaplamaz.
Hiçbir muhasebe programına bağlanmaz ve hiçbir kuruma bir şey göndermez.
Giren para ve kâr/zarar satırı, giren para diye işaretlediğiniz tutarlarla
kalanların farkından ibarettir; gelir tablosu değildir.

MAKİNE OKUMASI VE MAKİNE ÇEVİRİSİ YANILABİLİR
Metin tanıma karakterleri yanlış okuyabilir, makine çevirisi bir cümlenin
anlamını tersine çevirebilir. Uygulama türden emin olamadığında kâğıda "kontrol
et" işareti koyar; bir tarih iki türlü okunuyorsa ikisini de gösterir ve size
sorar. Geçerlilik tarihini asla TAHMİN ETMEZ: kâğıdın kendisinde bir tarihin
yanında "geçerlilik / valid until / gültig bis" yazmıyorsa o alan boş kalır,
çünkü uydurma bir güne kurulmuş bir hatırlatma, hiç hatırlatma olmamasından
kötüdür. Vergi, bahşiş, ödeme yöntemi ve kalemler de aynı yolla okunur ve
yanılabilir; uygulama kalemleri kâğıdın toplamıyla karşılaştırır ve farkı
gösterir. Bir vereni, türü ya da kategoriyi düzelttiğinizde uygulama bunu
aynı verenden gelecek kâğıt için TELEFONDA hatırlar ve önceki seçiminizden
doldurduğunu işaretler. Bu uygulama bir reçetenin, ruhsatın ya da resmî evrakın
gerçek veya
geçerli olup olmadığını DOĞRULAMAZ ve tıbbi, hukuki, vergisel ya da finansal
danışmanlık VERMEZ. Son söz kâğıdın kendisindedir.

REKLAM (Google AdMob)
Ücretsiz sürümde Google AdMob reklamları gösterilir. Üç reklam biçimi
kullanılır: alt bant (banner), uygulamanın kendi içeriğindeki yerel
(native) reklam ve sizin başlattığınız ödüllü video. Ekranlar arasında
ve uygulama açılırken tam ekran reklam gösterilmez. AdMob, reklam
sunmak için reklam kimliği gibi tanımlayıcıları işleyebilir. Avrupa Ekonomik
Alanı, Birleşik Krallık ve İsviçre'deki kullanıcılara Google'ın User Messaging
Platform (UMP) hizmetiyle bir onay ekranı gösterilir; seçiminizi daha sonra
Ayarlar > Gizlilik altından değiştirebilirsiniz.

⚠️ Fotoğraflar, kâğıtlarınızdan okunan metin, tutarlar, verenler ve
klasörleriniz reklam ağıyla ASLA paylaşılmaz.

ÜCRETLİ ÜYELİK
Google Play Billing üzerinden reklamsız üyelik satın alabilirsiniz. Ücretli üye
hiç reklam görmez: reklam gösterilmez ve reklam isteği bile atılmaz. Ücretli
plan kaç kâğıt tutabileceğinizi ve günde kaç çeviri yapabileceğinizi artırır.
Ödüllü video izlemek 24 saatliğine ek çeviri hakkı verir. OKUTMA, OKUMA, TÜR
TANIMA, KLASÖRLEME, GEÇERLİLİK HATIRLATMASI, AYLIK RAPOR, CSV, EXCEL DOSYASI,
HARCAMA KATEGORİLERİ VE KUR ÇEVİRİSİ HİÇBİR ZAMAN ÖDEME DUVARININ ARKASINDA
DEĞİLDİR; her planda, çevrimdışı ve her saatte
üretilir. Sebebi cömertlik değil aritmetiktir: tanıma modeli uygulamanın içinde
gelir, yani bir okumanın bize maliyeti sıfırdır ve sıfır maliyetli bir iş için
ödüllü video istemek karşılığı olmayan bir sürtünme olurdu. Çeviri ise gerçekten
her dil için bir kerelik indirme ve gözle görülür pil maliyeti taşıdığı için
sınırlıdır.

DİĞER İZİNLER
POST_NOTIFICATIONS, VIBRATE ve RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED geçerlilik hatırlatması
için, WAKE_LOCK ise arka plan iş kitaplığı tarafından eklenir. Reklam ve ölçüm
kitaplıkları pakete com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID ve
android.permission.READ_BASIC_PHONE_STATE izinlerini ekler. Satın alma
com.android.vending.BILLING kullanır. Uygulama dış depolama izni, kamera izni,
mikrofon izni, rehber izni ve konum izni İSTEMEZ.

VERİNİZİ SİLMEK
Bir kâğıdı silmek, aynı anda bütün sayfalarının fotoğraflarını da telefondan
siler; bir sayfayı kaldırmak o sayfanın fotoğrafını siler. Dolu bir
klasörün silinmesi reddedilir; böylece bir düzenleme hareketi veri kaybına
dönüşmez. Uygulamayı kaldırmak her şeyi kaldırır: kâğıtlar, fotoğraflar,
metinler, çeviriler ve sayaçlar. Başka hiçbir yerde bir şey kalmaz, çünkü başka
hiçbir yere bir şey gönderilmemiştir.

ÇOCUKLAR
Uygulama çocuklara yönelik değildir.
