1. Bu uygulama ne yapıyor

Hızlı Tren Bilet Koltuk Alarmı, sizin belirlediğiniz aralıklarla TCDD Taşımacılık e-bilet sistemi kaynağındaki tren seferlerindeki boş koltuk durumunu kontrol eder ve bir değişiklik olduğunda telefonunuza bildirim gönderir. Örnek bir takip: Ankara → İstanbul, 12 Eylül.

Uygulama satın alma, rezervasyon veya yer tutma yapmaz. Sizi ilgili resmî/asıl siteye yönlendirir; işlemi orada kendiniz yaparsınız.

2. Toplanan kişisel veri

Geliştirici hiçbirini toplamaz. Uygulama ad, e-posta, telefon numarası, T.C. kimlik numarası, konum, rehber, kamera, mikrofon veya dosya istemez ve okumaz. Kayıt olma zorunluluğu yoktur. Geliştiricinin sunucusu olmadığı için size ait hiçbir kayıt oluşmaz.

Tek istisna reklamdır ve onu da geliştirici işlemez: ücretsiz sürümde reklamları sunan Google, cihazın reklam kimliğini (AAID) ve IP adresini kullanabilir. Ayrıntısı §5'te.

3. Telefonunuzda saklananlar

Aşağıdakiler yalnızca cihazınızdaki uygulama alanında tutulur, dışarı çıkmaz ve uygulamayı kaldırdığınızda silinir:

• Oluşturduğunuz takipler (aradığınız ölçütler ve etiketleri)
• Takip başına son görülen boş koltuk sayıları (sefer numarası ve seçtiğiniz sınıflardaki boş koltuk adedi; yakın gün taraması açıksa taranan günler için tarih, sefer numarası ve adet); aynı koltuğu ikinci kez bildirmemek için tutulur, her kontrolde yenilenir ve takibi silince onunla birlikte silinir
• Kontrol sıklığı ve bildirim tercihleri
• Üyelik durumu
• Kontrolün sağlık sayaçları (son başarı zamanı, üst üste hata sayısı)
• Veri kullanım sayaçları (turda kaç bayt harcandığı)

İsteğe bağlı hesap girişi

Uygulamada Google, Facebook veya X ile giriş yapma seçeneği bulunabilir. Bu özellik isteğe bağlıdır ve uygulamanın çalışması için gerekli değildir; yapılandırılmadığı sürece ekranda hiç görünmez. Giriş yaparsanız sağlayıcının size ait ad, e-posta ve hesap kimliği bilgisi yalnızca telefonunuzda saklanır, bize veya başka bir sunucuya gönderilmez. Erişim jetonu diske hiç yazılmaz. Çıkış yaptığınızda bu kayıtlar silinir.

4. Dışarıya giden istekler

Uygulama yalnızca aşağıdaki adreslere bağlanır ve yalnızca sizin kurduğunuz takibin arama ölçütlerini gönderir. Bu istekler, tarayıcınızla aynı sayfayı açmanızdan farklı değildir:

Bu adresler geliştiriciye ait değildir; ilgili kurum ve şirketlerin kendi gizlilik politikaları geçerlidir. Sorgular anlık olarak işlenir; geliştirici tarafında hiçbir kayıt tutulmaz, çünkü geliştiricinin sunucusu yoktur.

5. Reklam

Bu bölüm sürüm 0.41.0 ve sonrası için geçerlidir. Daha eski sürümlerde uygulamada reklam yoktur, reklam kütüphanesi bulunmaz ve reklam kimliği okunmaz.

Uygulamanın ücretsiz sürümünde reklam gösterilir. Reklamları Google AdMob sunar; geliştirici reklam içeriğini seçmez ve reklamverenlerle doğrudan ilişkisi yoktur. Kullanılan biçimler:

• Alt bant — ekranın altında, içeriği kapatmaz.
• Ödüllü — yalnızca siz bir düğmeye dokunduğunuzda; karşılığında geçici ek izleme hakkı verilir.
• Yerel (native) — izleme listesinin içinde, üzerinde “Reklam” etiketiyle işaretlenmiş bir kart.

Geçiş, ödüllü geçiş ve uygulama açılış reklamları artık kullanılmaz; uygulamanın 28 Ekim 2026'dan önce yayımlanan sürümleri bu biçimleri de gösteriyordu.

• Ücretli üyelikte reklam gösterilmez ve reklam isteği atılmaz — yani ücretli üyenin cihazından AdMob'a hiçbir istek gitmez, rıza formu da gösterilmez.
• Google, reklamı seçmek, sunmak ve ölçmek için cihazınızın reklam kimliğini (AAID) ve IP adresini kullanabilir. Bu kimliği geliştirici okumaz ve saklamaz; işleyen taraf Google'dır.
• Reklam kimliğini Ayarlar › Google › Reklamlar ekranından sıfırlayabilir veya tamamen silebilirsiniz. Sildiğinizde uygulama çalışmaya devam eder.
• Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, İsviçre ve Birleşik Krallık'ta, ilk reklam yüklenmeden önce Google'ın onaylı rıza formu gösterilir. Seçiminizi daha sonra uygulama içindeki Gizlilik seçenekleri bağlantısından değiştirebilirsiniz.

5b. Analitik ve izleme

Analitik (Firebase Analytics vb.), çökme raporlama (Crashlytics vb.) ve pazarlama izleyicisi kullanılmaz. Uygulamayı nasıl kullandığınız geliştiriciye hiçbir şekilde iletilmez.

Ücretli üyelik satın alırsanız ödeme Google Play üzerinden yapılır. Kart bilgileriniz uygulamaya girilmez ve geliştirici tarafından görülmez.

Aylık ve yıllık üyelikler kendiliğinden yenilenir; ödeme her dönem başında Google Play hesabınızdan alınır. Ömür boyu üyelik tek seferlik bir satın almadır, yenilenmez. Aboneliği istediğiniz an Google Play Store › Menü › Abonelikler ekranından iptal edebilirsiniz; iptal, ödenmiş dönemin sonunda geçerli olur. Para iadesi talepleri de Google Play üzerinden yapılır — geliştiricinin ödemeye erişimi yoktur.

Uygulamanın kendi sunucusu yoktur. Üyeliğinizin açık olup olmadığı, uygulama Google Play’e her sorduğunda (uygulamayı açtığınızda ve üyelik ekranını görüntülediğinizde) yeniden okunur. Bu yüzden iptal ya da iade sonrası üyeliğin kapanması uygulamayı bir sonraki açışınızda gerçekleşir. Cihaz değiştirdiyseniz üyelik ekranındaki Satın alımları geri yükle düğmesi aynı Google hesabındaki satın almayı geri getirir.

8. Çocuklar

Uygulama çocuklara yönelik değildir ve çocuklardan bilerek veri toplamaz. Zaten hiç kimseden kişisel veri toplamamaktadır.

9. Veri saklama ve silme

Geliştiricide sizinle ilgili hiçbir veri bulunmadığı için silinecek bir kayıt da yoktur. Cihazınızdaki verileri uygulamayı kaldırarak veya Ayarlar › Uygulamalar › Hızlı Tren Bilet Koltuk Alarmı › Depolama › Verileri temizle ile silebilirsiniz.

In short: the developer collects no personal data, the app does not ask you to create an account and sends nothing to any server of ours — we do not operate one. Everything you enter stays on your phone. The free tier shows Google AdMob ads (every format is listed in §5); the Google Mobile Ads SDK that serves them collects and shares with Google the IP address, app interactions, diagnostic information and device identifiers, including the advertising ID (§5). Paid members see no ads and no ad request is made at all. The developer uses no analytics and no crash reporting.

Important: ⚠️ Current status: TCDD is asking automated queries to pass an “I'm not a robot” check. While it does, background checks cannot get results; the app tells you so with an “Automatic checks paused” notification and never tries to get around the check. You can still search trips from your phone: TCDD's own verification page opens, you complete the check yourself if asked, and trips are listed class by class with seat counts. Once the check is lifted, your watches resume on their own.

1. What the app does

Hızlı Tren Bilet Koltuk Alarmı checks tren seferlerindeki boş koltuk durumunu on TCDD Taşımacılık e-bilet sistemi at an interval you choose, and sends a notification to your phone when a seat opens on a train that looked full. An example watch: Ankara → İstanbul, 12 Eylül.

The app never buys, reserves or holds anything. It points you at TCDD's own e-ticket site; you act there yourself.

2. Data we collect

The developer collects none. We run no server and receive nothing from your device — not your watches, not your device identifier, not your usage, not crash reports.

The one exception is advertising, and the developer does not process that either: in the free tier Google serves the ads and may use your device's advertising ID (AAID) and IP address. See §5.

3. What is stored on your device

The watches you create (departure station, arrival station, date, number of seats, class), your interval setting, the last free-seat counts seen for each watch (train number and free seats in the classes you chose; with the nearby-day scan on, also date, train number and count for the scanned days) so the app does not report the same seats twice, refreshed on every check and deleted with the watch, and the measured data usage. All of it lives in the app's private storage and is deleted when you uninstall the app.

4. Servers the app talks to

The app connects ONLY to TCDD Taşımacılık's public ticketing service and, for the side-by-side bus and flight price you see on the same route, to obilet and biletall. There is no account on our side and no server of ours. The hosts are:

These requests are ordinary public web requests over HTTPS, the same ones your browser makes on the public seat-availability service of TCDD Taşımacılık. They carry no identifier of you.

5. Advertising

This section applies to version 0.41.0 and later. Earlier versions show no ads, contain no advertising library and read no advertising ID.

The free tier shows ads. They are served by Google AdMob; the developer does not choose what is shown and has no direct relationship with advertisers. The formats used are:

• Banner — at the bottom of the screen; it never covers
your content.

• Rewarded — only when you tap the offer yourself; it
grants temporary extra watch slots.

• Native — a card inside your watch list, always marked
with an “Ad” label.

Interstitial, rewarded interstitial and app open ads are no longer used; versions of the app released before 28 October 2026 also showed these formats.

• Paid members see no ads and no ad request is made —
nothing leaves the device for AdMob, and no consent form is shown.

• To select, serve and measure ads, Google may use your device's
advertising ID (AAID) and IP address. The developer never reads or stores that identifier; Google is the party that processes it.

• You can reset or delete the advertising ID in
Settings › Google › Ads. The app keeps working if you do.

• In the European Economic Area, Switzerland and the United Kingdom,
Google's certified consent form is shown before the first ad loads. You can change your choice later from the Privacy options link inside the app.

• How Google processes this data:

There is no analytics (Firebase Analytics and the like), no crash reporting (Crashlytics and the like) and no marketing tracker. How you use the app is never reported to the developer.

6. Permissions

– Permission — Why
– ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE — To avoid pointless attempts while offline, and to tell mobile data from Wi-Fi.
– INTERNET — To reach the public seat-availability service of TCDD Taşımacılık.
– POST_NOTIFICATIONS — To tell you a seat opened on a service you watch. That is the whole app.
– READ_BASIC_PHONE_STATE — So the ads library can tell Wi-Fi from mobile data. It grants no access to your phone number, IMEI or call log; the app does not declare it, the ads library adds it.
– RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED — So your watches resume after the phone restarts.
– VIBRATE — To vibrate when a notification arrives.
– WAKE_LOCK — So the phone does not fall asleep in the middle of a check. The app does not ask for this itself; the background work library (Android Jetpack WorkManager) adds it.
– BILLING — So you can buy a paid membership through Google Play. The app does not declare this permission itself; the Google Play Billing library adds it. Your payment details (card, address, invoice) never reach the app and are never seen or stored by it — Google Play takes the payment. All the app learns is whether your membership is active.
– AD_ID — Ads in the free tier are served by Google AdMob, which may read the device advertising ID (AAID). The app does not declare this permission itself; the ads library adds it. Paid members make no ad request at all. You can reset or delete the ID in Settings › Google › Ads.

7. Payment and membership

If you buy a paid membership, the payment is handled by Google Play. Your card details are never entered into the app and are never seen by the developer.

Monthly and yearly memberships renew automatically; Google Play charges your account at the start of each period. The lifetime membership is a one-off purchase and does not renew. You can cancel a subscription at any time in Google Play Store › Menu › Subscriptions; cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds are also handled by Google Play — the developer has no access to the payment.

The app has no server of its own. Whether your membership is active is read again every time the app asks Google Play (when you open the app and when you view the membership screen). That is why a cancellation or refund closes the membership the next time you open the app. If you changed device, Restore purchases on the membership screen brings back a purchase made with the same Google account.

8. Children

The app is not directed to children. The developer collects no data from anyone; the advertising data described in §5 is processed by Google.

9. Keeping and deleting your data

Everything the app stores stays on your device; there is no account and no server copy. Deleting a watch removes it immediately. Clearing the app’s storage, or uninstalling the app, deletes everything it has ever kept — nothing survives elsewhere, so there is no separate deletion request to make. A paid membership is held by Google Play, not by the app: it survives reinstalling and can be brought back with Restore purchases.
